university experience is more important than a university’s degree. some people argue that university life is much more important than an educational degree in job market. do you agree or not agree?

It is often argued that the knowledge gained in an educational institution is more important than the degree whereas, other think that life of university is much more important than a job market degree. I completely agree with this notion, because it gives a person knowledge and useful skill. first of all, university experience gives people a knowledge and help them to become self-reliant in this competitive world. to elaborate it, most of the pupils of the university are living away from their families, due to which they are habitual to completing their daily routine tasks without someone guidance and support. It also helps students to generate different ideas to perform a similar tasks, which encourage creativity and exploration. for example, The Times of India conducted a survey in which around 78% students who spent their life without families in university campus are more creative. Therefore, it is more important to gain experience in this world. secondly, people who have skill are easily employable. In other words, company's are highly demandable of skillful workers, a person not only manage their task but also complete within given time with their skills and if the performace level is not good the company will not accept their resume for job. for example, experts can can solve the stress of complex issues who have skills about their field they cancontrol that part like aviarion, engine task, rail line as well as critical movement. As a result, every person has their ability for work and use skills for better performance. to conclude, I strongly believe that experience gain from university training is more beneficial than educational degree because it makes pupil to self depend and able to do task.
