Firstly, it can be seen that consumption of chicken grams per person per week rose steadily from approximately 150 to 200 between 1979 and 1989. There was a fluctuate in chicken eating from 1994 to the early 2000s. In the following years, the demand for white meat has steadily increased. The week consumption of fish per person remained approximately stable even look like fluctuated between these years(50 grams).
Secondly, although the consumption values of beef and lamb were different, the line showed parallel flow. Beef eating reached its highest point in 1984 (approximately 240). Lamb consumption fell sharply at the start of 1979. After 1989, consumption of beef and lamb decreased gradually.
Overall, chicken eating increased as consumption of beef and lamb decreased, and also the demand for fish consumption consistently continued.
