Does young youth have benefit to unapaid community

We all know that service to humanity is nothing less than service of God, but only a few are actually able to do it. Therefore, its thought that mature young person should voluntarily take up some kind of charity work for the society in my opinion this will be more positive gesture than a negative one. Highlighting some of the bright aspects of social services by young people is that youngsters get a first-hand experiences of their own society while interacting with people one learns about various issues and problem for example there are octogenarians living all by themselves who really need help. Moreover, the young generation also learns about leadership management and teamwork, which is very useful in life. On the other hand, the community life improves as many of the problem are sorted out by the young force, only depending on the stipulated agencies to solve the issues does not work every time. Especially in emergencies volunteers can take up some jobs and provide immediate help for example during natural calamities like floods, government services get compromised while the local youth provide necessary support to the needy. Considering the disadvantages to this concept, I tend to think that the only negative things is that the young people might have to postpone their career plan by few months or a year till they finish social work. In conclusion, unpaid work is not good for the young people as they lean important life lesson, But also the community benefits as it does have to wait for the administration to do the work, Nevertheless the young volunteers career plans may get delayed due to this.
