In this modern era, a number of youngsters are prone to change their leaving to developmental countries. As a result of this, they leave their elderly behind. There are plenty of causes for this situation, nonetheless, certain measures could be taken to tackle this issue.
To begin with, the first motive is that this decision may result in a population crisis. In other words, people with the age of more than 50 years will not have any kid because of biological causes. For example, in the last years, Turkish authorities underline the statistic of decrease of population. Due to the fact that, young individuals want to leave without any economic stress and that is why, they commenced to continue their life in developing countries such as the USA, Germany, England and so on. The next complication affected by the trend is the economical go down. For instance, the old generation is not able to work adequate as the younger generation and that is why they tend to retire after 50 years. Therefore, a plethora of companies start to knock down their branches and it leads to economic fallout in the near future.
In addition to this, numerous possible actions could be taken in order to alleviate the above. First and foremost, governments should pay more attention to improving of education system and declining of tuition fee. It is no doubt true that, it leads to individuals leaving stress out of the costly education. In the second place, the rise of works salary can become better opportunity for individuals that live their own country. For example, in Azerbaijan, on account of handle this problem, a number of new workplace are started to open with high salary by administration.
In conclusion, although change of country by young people is failed to various factors such as, population drop or economic fallout, this situation can be figured out by taking some measures on the part of the managers.
