In this modern era, some people argue that strict rules should release to control loud smash. Whereas others have this conflict hypothesis, they think they can make as much as noise they want. I am in the former of the initial idea and will take both arguments in this essay. First of all, noise has a significant role in our daily life or some occasions such as wedding ceremonies, parties, etc. In this case, the loud voice of music not merely helps in boosting the energy of guests but helps everyone to be relaxed and cozy. Moreover, due to the improvements in technology and construction of new equipment, some of them exist that can block the voices of windows or even music. For instance, in some European countries, the guests in the party or wedding ceremonies use a sort of music band that associated to the headphones and everyone dance, listen to music easily which is called “Silent Party”. By doing this act not merely the guests pleasure their party, but also it will not hurt any neighbors or others. On the contrary, there are some cons of loud voices which cannot be ignored. Initially, it may put people’s health in jeopardy such as insomnia and lack of hearing. This is because of the high- frequency of sounds that hurts or breaks the eardrums of the ear. Furthermore, high volume sounds will destruct the student’s sleep or sometimes insomnia to them and will not help their concentration during their studying. Hence, unpleasant sounds will impact badly on the health of society. According to metro news around 210, 000 people had died as an example. To conclude, in my view, though people have freedom, some rules should be restricted to avoid impacting others’ health.
