It’s argued that modern and attractive landmarks are more essential than education and healthcare. From my perspective, both these views have displayed the important roles for a city. Thus, money should be funded equally on all elements to boost up the development of the urban area. To begin with, there is no doubt about the impression of large and modern architectures. That is to say, a nation that has a reputation for significant buildings always attracts various investments from foreigners. For example, Dubai is known as a rich land which has the tallest building in the world, therefore, funding is obtained in Dubai to construct more attractive architectures in the future. Moreover, due to the tallest tower in Dubai, there are many tourists visiting Dubai each year, which makes the tourism industry and economic growth develop constantly. However, people cannot deny the critical roles of healthcare and education. In the hustle and bustle city lifestyle, there are many drawbacks which make citizens get the health risks especially like heart diseases, lung cancer and some diseases related to blood circulation. Thus, health protection is a fundamental thing that dwellers need to concern about. Thanks to healthcare, the death rate declines gradually and the number of employees increases so the economy rate rises. In addition, education is a standard base of an area, in other words, the development of the economy is evaluated based on the level education of that area. Because of a good educational system, the diversity of great ideas and projects are created. Education not only teaches people how to write and read, it also teaches people how to be creative and thanks to the creation, humans can construct more buildings and towers. In short, some people believe that attractive and modern architectures play a vital role in developing city. In contrast, others should invest more money in health protection and education. In my view, I personally think that both these views bring benefits for citizens so the government should decide to fund both views fairly for the entire development of the city.
