Some people marry shorting after finishing college. Others prefers to focus on their careers first and wait until later to get married. Which of these situations do you think is better?

When to get married is totally indiviual's choice. It's not the same for all. In my opinion, it's good to wait till we get settled in the career, because of two reasons. Firstly, people won't be matured enough, just right after finsihing the college. They still yet to experience the real world. Secondly, financial settlement will come with a good career and it's very important to everyone. People finsih their studies mostly in their early 20s. And as a college students, mostly they get depend on their parents. They may not experience the outer world. They don't know the real problems, struggles and they tend to have very minimal knowledge in finance. They may not be ready to maintain a house. If they get married at this stage, then they will start struggling with understanding their partners, may fail in financial commitments and they may not focus more on their career, because there will be a lot of responsibilities added and those will become distractions to their career. For example, I know someone who married right after finsihing his Engineering. He was a good student and got a college placement too. Unfortunately, Some misunderstandings happened in his personal life and it effected his new job as well. He failed to meet the deadlines many times and lost his job in the yearly layoffs. He suffered a lot becuase of the family struggles and unemployment. He was in serious financial troubles to manage the home. After 6 months, he got another job but he's still at junior level while others from our batch at senior level. I always feel like he's not desevered all those struggles at that very early age. Mostly people plan their careers first and then get married when they feel ready. There are lot more success stories from my collegemates. For example, A guy named Jason, He also got a college placement. He didn't have much of responsibilities and was so focused in his job and excelled in his career too. He got the promotions so early that everyone was shocked. After 4 years, He even bought a new house and well settled in the career. Meanwhile, He got to know someone and married her recently. He's managing his personal life so maturely and there are no struggles with the finance. In conclusion, I feel the situations may be different for everyone. But I feel giving some time to build the career and waiting on taking the responsibilities like marriage would be wiser and sounds like a safe plan. Life will be peaceful if we plan maturely and financially stable.
