I am writing this letter to inform you that I am going to repair my house and it may cause you discomfort and disturb you. I sincerely apologize for this inconvenience that may happen to you. I would be grateful if you could cooperate with me in this situation.
Inside my house, I found cracks on every wall, and it may be dangerous in the coming winter. So I would like to repair and replace some blocks, which would make some materials dumped in front of my house. For this reason, I may block a path to your first gate of the restaurant. Moreover, I would like to do paint on every wall. Hence, it will be making some chemical smells. I hope you understand my situation and hope you will bear with us.
However, your restaurant has another gate on the corner, and you can open it for a week until I complete my work. If you could open the corner gate for customers, then it would solve the problem.
