I have bought a lot for train tickest because i wanted to take each part of my journey ready, and do not have a problems between my trip. My Firts trip was from Lisboa to Madrid, and then from Madrid to Barcelona, fanally from Barcelona to Paris. I was very excited as i had trusted you and your each experiences that you gime me with the travel pack.
I remember that I was on the train station with my baggage and i asked to an employee where i could to put it because i had a little space beside me, them he had checked mi tickets and he told me that i didn't have this opcion with my tickets and if i wanted to carry my bagages i would need to pay extra many for this. However i remember that i bought and paid extra money for this benefit and I had the purchase receipt. Even through, i had to pay again unless i lost the train.
I would like to talk with the manager of this company because it was a very terrible experience and i would need my maney back to me, as is very unjust.
