Some people think that having a set retirement age for everybody, regardless of occupation, is unfair. They believe that certain workers deserve to receive a pension at an earlier age. Do you agree or disagree?

Generally, different people have various opinions on the same issue. Having a particular age limit for retirement irrespective of the field they are working in is not fair according to me. I strongly contradict the point. In society, daily we go through several scenarios where elderly people are working hard and struggling. After a certain age, every human is diagnosed with some disease in the current generation. So, people working in the areas where physical activity is more involved should be given more priority compared to people working in white-collar jobs such as bank employees, and IT employees. And the retirement age should be different for each sector and the opinion and the constraints should be taken from the employees or workers itself. Recently, I read about the situation related to a man who is a supervisor in the coal mining industry who is diagnosed with lung disease after working long in the coal mines and his age is about 45years. His retirement is at 60 now he is not in a position to work so cannot enjoy the bonus and benefits of the job due to voluntary retirement. Government should specify the retirement according to the work they are involved in and should keep an eye on the circumstances of work. This helps the country to develop and enhance in the coming future because employees and workers can fulfill their duty as there is support for the family and no need to worry about how long they can sustain. This also helps their children settle in a good position which automatically reflects in the country's victory. So, providing the pension according to the requirement of people in the particular field is really a great initiative that can be taken up by the government. This helps them to use the money, especially in a fruitful manner.
