Few people are thinking that fixing the age of leaving jobs for all type of employees is not fair and it would be better to set the age only for specific posts rather than for all. I completely agree with this argument and lot of people would be benefitted if this decision is implemented.
Early retirement age is a dream of many working people especially who love to spend time with their family and friends. On the other side, there are lot of occupations which can be replaced easily with new staffs with minimum training. For example, Administrative and Teaching positions are two main occupations in public work and there are many people who need the job in these fields. If authorities are ready to implement early retirement decision, it would be helpful to existing employees as well as job searchers.
Furthermore, early retirement will be beneficial in many fields like administration, teaching, sales, marketing etc. The people who are working in these field will be easily tired and get bored due to hectic work and same way of work. After completing certain years in the service, employees in these fields should be given an option for retirement. it will encourage them to lead a good and peaceful life with their family and meanwhile the work force will be replaced by new generation through which job market will get rejuvenated.
To conclude in nutshell, it would be better to the people as well the community to change the retirement age. one side it will lead to better family life and other side it may provide better service to the community by new generation work force.
