It is thought by people that it would be convinent for large companies and industries to be located at outside of the massive urban areas. This essay will examine the advantages and disadvantages of relocation of companies and industries. Firstly, the lack of environmental pollution is an evident benefit that society would recieve in the result of relocation of companies from outside the urban area. In other words, some industries are producing huge amount of wastage that includes smoke, gases and rubbish and that would be harmful for environment. By situating companies far away from residential area would prevent environment from pollution. Secondly, it would help employees in terms of maintaining life style. For example, owing to the location a employer would provide facilities to workers such as dormitories, transportation, gym, spa, and shopping stores. This way employees could balance their personal life along professional life. However, there are some obvious disadvantages. If all big companies would locate in suburbs with their employees. It would generate a downfall in population of resdential places. Furthermore, it wolud become a cause of loss in business. In other words, because of less population city could experience business failures. To conclude, there are plus points of relocation of companies but too much would be lost as a result.
