Many people think cheap air travel should be encouraged because it gives ordinary people freedom to travel further. However, others think this leads to environmental problem, so air travel should be more expensive in order to discourage people from having it. Discuss the both sides and give your own opinion.

Vast majority of masses promote that air travel should be less expensive so that middle class population can travel longer whereas some group of thinkers believe that air travel should be costly which in turn make it hard for average class people to afford it. Hence, before commenting on my verdict, both the views will be analysed in the ensuing paragraphs. Considering the former position view, the agrument to prove my opinion is that in India people come from all walks of life which has different capacity and ability to purchase things. To elaborate, it is good to lowered the price of air travel so that everyone can travel in and also for a longer distance. Moreover, it will encouraged people to take more public transportation rather than seeking personal vehicles. To quote an example, authorities are lowering the price of air travel in order to help the middle class individual. However, the latter view suggest that air travel should be expensive so that citizens cannot take air travel often and also countries people would live in their country only. To reformulate, nowadays more people seeking air travel for their journey due to lower prize which in turn lead to a shortage of fuel as more people are travelling in it. For instance, airways are increasing the cost of air travel to discourage individual from travelling in it and make them understand that they should use other public transport facilities which is not only cheaper but also convenient for short journey. Agglomerating all the points elaborated above, it can be concluded that government should take appropriate measures and make airway travel not much costly although my arguments regarding cost are valid and logically acceptable.
