how you present yourself in an academic world

I am submitting this letter in my desire to apply for the Master's Program in Mechanical Engineering (MEng) at Concordia University. I am a successful student who graduated from Semnan University, one of the most reputable universities in Iran in 2019 with a CGPA of 15. 26/20. As a passionate student, I eagerly sought to put my knowledge into practice and not constrain it to theoretical issues. So, I started working part-time as a technician in the field of cooling and heating systems and became very intrigued in working in this field by passing specialized courses in the field of energy conversion. Besides, coding and numerical analysis of fluids is another area of my interest, and I got excellent grades in CFD, Specialized projects, and Automotive chassis systems design courses. I believe that how to face challenges during project accomplishment is a crucial factor. My bachelor thesis was on “Investigation of different methods to analyze Nanofluids stability based on DLS and zeta potential '', and During this time, I failed to produce stable Nanofluids over and over but perseverance and determination paid off. I enthusiastically attended the 28th conference of the Iranian Association of Mechanical Engineers in 2020 to represent its results in intelligible form. Since I have a dynamic character, my education was not limited to classroom space, so I eagerly participated in extracurricular activities and had outstanding achievements listed in my CV. I have three years of experience in the industry and reputable companies, as a technical and sales expert and designer. As a determined, creative, accurate engineer and eager to teamwork I perceived to penetrate problems by investigating and analyzing them from different aspects. So, I could design a smart management system and smoke evacuation of 5-storey parking lot, 2000 square meters, Bayat tower project based on CO sensor in 2021. I faced all kinds of challenges which have been a key to the spectacular improvement in my professional skills and theoretical knowledge such as problem-solving and analyzing problems, AutoCAD, Solid Works, Fluent, and MATLAB. Mechanical engineering is the most widespread branch of engineering and studying in this field provides the opportunity for me to apply my knowledge and ability in various sciences such as chemistry, metallurgy, and even biological sciences, in higher education and apart from specialized activities in industry, and to play a key role in interdisciplinary research. Since I have a notable background in industry and education, I firmly believe my experience and knowledge enable me to pursue higher education so that I can integrate creativity, knowledge, and analytical tools for complicated tasks to turn an idea into reality. After graduation, I intend to use my knowledge and experience in the most important decisions in the field of engineering, to be present and establish a training center to hold specialized technical courses and a start-up and recruit professionals to make a distinct change in my country’s industry. I am passionate about participating in different training courses in the field of technology and sales and benefiting from technology and international standards. This is my great aspiration to pursue my higher education at Concordia University in the Mechanical Engineering (MEng) program. A reputed university with a high rank among the top 600 universities in the world, professional and experienced professors, well-equipped laboratories, innovative approach to experiential learning, and its distinct educational space are my reasons to choose this university which accelerate my intense motivation.
