If a small child of their family will last so whole community include to find him and rhus they save their child. In addition they all are belongs to same religion and cultural values. Thus they can celebrate every function as a whole big family. Drawbacks, If your hometown is far away from town or has mountains so, you cannot have all the facilities as others have in city center. Not only these but also you do not have better job option with good salary. Sometimes you could be treated as a labor and they used your condition. Take an example, If you're working for one company for a long time they know your situation and they know that you do not have any option without them so they do not promote you or post you to work on a low-wage.
