Some people say that schools should reward students who show the best academic results, while others believe that it is more important to reward students who show improvements. Discuss both views and give your own opinion.

It is a debatable issue that some argued it is more imperative to reward those students who depict the best academic results, whereas other opine that it is more crucial to give rewards to those pupils who show improvements. In my perspective encouraging both students are beneficial. To commence with, there are several reasons why some individual consider that schools should reward only those students who perfom well in academic is that these pupils work as a motivation for other students who are weak in studies. For instance, if schools give reward to the best students who scored best grades in their acadamic by noticing them other students work hard to get the same position. Along with that they can learn how to compete with others. So individuals think that because of all measures these students deserve it. On the other hand, those who opine that it is more necessary to reward students who show improvement, give their reasons as follows. They think that toppers are very few but who show improvements are out numbered from them. They know how much efforts these pupils make to enhance their improvement and they have to compete with those students who have great IQ from them. So it is very imperative to reward them. For example, If a student get 40% marks in first semester and after great effert he get 70% marks in second semester, then he should be given reward for his hard work. To conclude, although it is good to reward those students who are toppers in academic, those are not be undenied who show improvements. So both should be rewarded by schools.
