No one can deny the fact that education play significant role in human life. An argument has been put forward that to aim of university education is to help as graduates get better jobs which is beneficial, while Many people say that it has many benefits for the individuals and societies. In my opinion, it is debatable issue.
To start with, there are two primary reasons why university education is beneficial for individuals and society. The very first point which comes to mind is that educated workforce. To explain it, if people are educated and they will help in the growth of the country in order to use their potential and talent and also contribute in society. As a result, society would grow.
Another point worth mentioning is that ideal citizens. To prove it, when people become responsible they know that what is wrong and right. Crime rate will also decrease in the society, if people are follow rules and regulations and society become a better place to live. However the feeling of brotherhood will also increase. As a consequences, people become ideal citizens.
Having said that, some people, however, might contend that university education helps people in overall development. To illustrate it, when people meet from different people from different socioeconomic background they exchange their ideas and opinions. They can improve their interpersonal skills and networks for future. Moreover, students can develop their decision-making skills by solving real world situation. Higher education should help them to be successful at their job.
In conclusion, I firmly believe that although higher education should help them to be successful at job and improve their problem -solving skills but it should help in overall growth of the country. Thus, in my opinion, there are much wider benefits of university education for both individuals and society,
