It is argued by some that unpaid public services like charity work, cleaning the environment and being a sports teacher for youngsters should be obligatory in secondary schools. While others disagree with this. I predominantly agree with the statement that charity work is mandatory in intermediate school thus it can be enhanced their communication skills and shape their character. To commence with, Voluntary work should be compulsory in schools because that they would be more confident, extroverted and strengthen their communication ability with others. To explicate it, Along with their studies if youngsters will do charity work then they can be a decent human being and also better recognition in the society. For instance, in the survey conducted in India around 40% of people organize charitable associations for needy people and also lots of students are working with them as well as with their heavy academic burden. Therefore, young children would become better individuals in society. In addition to this, In institutional education teachers should organize charity work in which students are interested and also in vacations people work for charitable organisations in which they help the poor, sick and learners. Owing to the fact that they would renowned in community and also more self-assured and keep their ideas very openly in front of the public. For example, In 2004, the campaign started in India called Swatch Bharat Abhiyan in which a plethora of youngsters attached to clean the country tidy. Thus, if these charity works are organised in schools then definitely pupils are attracted more and attached with these organizations. On the contrary, voluntary work sometimes burdens academic students for the reason that they have more subjects and extra curriculum activities so teachers and students both are under pressure if along with they do unpaid service. For example, even citizens including students becoming more stressed than in the past. Consequently, if people do something for the community they should have no burden related to studying or charity. To conclude, I believe that community service should be mandatory in middle school programmes as there are numerous benefits of helping others whether they are students or other citizens.
