The table diagram reveals data regarding the percentage stake of laptop making industries, namely - HP, Dell, Samsung, Toshiba, Lenovo, Fujitsu and others, in the market during 2006, 2007 and 2014. Overall, it can be seen that in all three years HP company dominated all other manufactures. As observed, other manufacturers except mentioned five had experienced a major decrement in their market value. In 2006, the apex share in the market was 31. 4% that was HP company's share. After which, the second position was obtained by other laptop making firms with 22. 8%, and also with the 16. 6 % dell companies stood at third position in the market. Moreover, the other four manufacturers made up 29. 2% share collectively out total percentage of the market. Turning to 2007 and 2014, within the one-year share percentage of HP reached just above one-third of the total market whereas, after the next seven years, there was a minimal increase in share, that was, 0. 25 % only. On the other hand, the share market value of other companies dropped significantly to 19. 3 % in 2007 and 7. 11% in 2014. The Toshiba, Lenovo and Fujitsu manufacturers made up their stake less the 10% in both 2007 and 2014 year. However, Samsung's market share increased from 10. 7% to 14. 20%.
