New digital technologies has influenced our day-to-day life vastly. Computer devices invaded in various aspects of our lives: from home to entertainment. To my way of thinking the pluses completely overweight the minuses and I am happy to live in the epoch of the digital progress. The development of the internet has maden the search of the information quite more easier than it used to be. Nowadays the majority of the literature is converted in the digital form whereas there are a number of sites providing the enormous list of the scientific articles. Let’s say, Wikipedia, that internet encyclopedia has become so vast, that everybody can find there almost any necessary information in many languagies. All what someone needs to know can be found in one click. The work process became quite more effective due to the computerization as well. Up-to-date programs make the work with the datas extrimely easy and save so much time, that now it is even imposoble to imagine the modern job without dealing with the computers. You can see it with the hospitals, where all the results of all the tests from different laboratories are being displayed online on the doctor’s monitor and he or she is able to compare them and make a descision about the patient’s treatment without leaving the cabinet. The entertainment industry has hugely developed because of the cutting-edge technologies. The modern video games have got very realistic graphic effects and are similar to the films. The games that have released the last year imitate the reality with high precision and from my perspective they brings quite more integrity in the game process. In conclusion, the technological progress made our life simplier and diverse comparing to the previous times, however I hope that we haven’t reach the limit and will see more and more breakthroughs in that sphere in the future.
