now, i'm going to tell you about a healthy thing that i usually do. that is jogging in the afternoon every day. jogging will help us reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease, strengthen bones and effectively lose weight. so i want to share this with you. i usually start around 5pm and finish around 6pm. about 30 minutes before running, i will eat some bread so that i don't get hungry when i run. about 2 minutes before running, i will warm up gently to avoid injury. i've been running for about 4 months and i feel better than before. so here's the healthy thing i want to share with you
