In the past, many male leaders have led our society to conflicts and violence. The world would be better governed and more peaceful if it was ruled by women. To what extent do you agree or disagree.

Some people believe that the world would be a more pleasant place once women take the lead. In my opinion, I’m unconvinced of this point. Men are more likely to be appointed to leadership compared with women for several reasons. The initial reason is that men are less affected by emotion. Their adamancy is more effective in the matter of making irrevocable decisions. I acknowledge women's vital roles in leadership, however, throughout history and to this day, men leaders have outnumbered women leaders without a doubt. It is undeniable that the ones who are in charge of leadership to restore violence and wars are someone like Winston Churchill or Abraham Lincoln. Secondly, men tend to stand their ground regardless of criticism or serious circumstances. It is scientifically proven that men are better at coping with stress. Therefore, women may have difficulty in solving prolonged and stressful issues or exercising new practices and measures in the long run. In addition, gender is by no means a critical factor to differentiate efficiency when it comes to leadership. Although women leaders are rare, I never refuse their capacity of governing but the claim that women peace is somehow invalid. In conclusion, even though some nations do have empower female leaders, men stand a higher chance of being in charge of leaders. The fact is that great leaders will make proper decisions regardless of their gender.
