Universities has been offering online courses on the internet inorder to help people to study online. In this essay, I would explain both merits and demrits. Firstly, it has many advantages to study online as it provides flexibility and more convenient. By readily providing online courses, people can attend every subject and study thoroughly. For instance, people with job holder cannot atend face to face class or physical class which hinder them in studying. Secondly, online study can prevent pandamic diseases to transfer. Online study helps to stop spreading the diseases that can easily spread through contact. For instance, the covid pandamic, which is spreading rapidly through contact transmission. But with the help of online study this sort of disease can prevent from transmission. However, there are some disadvantages too. Online study are not like physical classes so people will not obey the teacher and will not follow the rules and regulations. For instance, a survey taken on Maldives shown that peple graduate with online study have no manner and no discipline as compared to the one who had taken physical class. On the top of that, practical knowledge in medical filed like cpr, dressing, taking vital sign and first aid managament cannot properly taught through online which apparently hamper on the practical knowledge of the students. For instance, students of nursing, graduate through online courses do not have good practical knowledge as compared to the one who have got good physical classes and got training from hospital. In conclusion, I think according the situation study need to formulate. During covid pandamic such online learning are situable and has positive impact at the same time online courses are not good at all the time, sometime physical and face to face classes are also mandatory to enhance the practical knowledge.
