Some employers want to keep in touch with their employees during the holidays and out of work time. In my opinion, there are some advantages and drawbacks to the argument, which we will discuss here.
On the one hand, it might be said that if employers associate with their employees during their work and holidays it can bring a close relationship between employer and workers. As a result, it is a way to enhance their employees' productivity. When a person enjoys being around their manager and co-workers, they are less likely to seek out conflicts. Finally, feeling close to their employer may lead to better job satisfaction.
On the other hand, being close to the employer it would be hard for workers to hide family or personal problems and secrets. Furthermore, it has to be a distance between worker and employer if employees look to their bosses like a friend there would not be fear to employers. As a result, it can cause work balance.
To sum up, while employers associating with employees has advantages that outweigh disadvantages
