Dear SIr, I am writing this letter to inform you that I lost my suitcase while traveling on flight. I took a plane on April 20th 2021 from Bangalore to Delhi at 11 am. My ticket number is h12 Indigo Airlines, I kept my suitcase in seat bin and I was tired and fell asleep. After I arrived to Delhi airport, Inoticed that I lost my suitcase. Immediately, I informed to cabin staff and help desk. They told that they will reach me after two days but it's been a week, I didnt heard anything from your side. I would appreciate your immediate attention to this matter. M suitcase is American Toursiter with small size and all my degree certificate and some other important documents.
