Dear Manager. I am writing to express my annoyance at delivered furniture which I bought from your company yesterday. With my wife, we chose some furniture which suits to our living room. It's colour and condition was nice, and we decided to pay for it. The sales assistant said that the company had a delivery option, also we paid extra for it. We asked him to deliver our order the next day till the afternoon. Moreover, we demanded notto be late as we would have a party at night. Unfortunately, our order was not delivered that day. After a day, they arrived my house with unfamiliar and broken furniture which we had not chosen. We refused to accept this broken item. I and my wife are loyal consumer of your company and often visit there, also offer yours to our friends and relatives. That's why, we got upset. I believe than you can understand us and I want to get a full refund as I bought furniture from another company. Hope your prompt reply to my letter. Faithfully yours.
