Smart dress or quality of work

In this present age, people have different perspectives on whether the formal attire is essential or attitude towards job is more significant has sparked much debate. Some people assert that official outfits can make an impact on professionalism whereas others argue that responsible and timely work has more significance than anything else. Personally, I am in favor of the former view. Convincing arguments can be made that formal attires reveal a person's attitude towards the office values. Furthermore, most of the individuals are becoming increasingly worried about their costume when they participate in any social event, especially youngsters. For example, while going for an interview, majority of the applicants try to wear the best of their collection in order to get the mental strength. Because people consider that a costume has the power to boost one's confidence and progression. Conversely, no one can deny that the quality of work determines the capabilities of a professional. However, smart look can be achieved only through an amazing dress, for instance, while a VIP comes in an office, he does not really see all employee's talents rather he merely sees their outlook, well dressed employees will be sit smart, however, others may feel uncomfortable. Consequently, based on the first impression he analyze the character traits of both the employees and organizations as well which may cause to make an adverse effect in a company. To sum up, I would concede that quality of work is the main key of an employee. Despite that, formal attires certainly create self-esteem which makes an impact on professional atmosphere. Overall, I am convinced that professional clothes are necessary in an office environment
