My house is spacious and I'm sure you will find it very comfortable. It is full of facilities and we can share a kitchen, bathroom, and living room. I share a room with my best friend, Nguyet (19), and we are looking for a housemate with a cheerful and friendly personality.
The local area is very quiet and sunny. It's close to the market and some department stores, moreover, people here are very friendly and accessible.
The rent is VND 1, 5 million and the deposit is VND 8 hundred thousand.
