Dear Service Provider,
I am writing this letter to bring you to notice that I have an issue with the internet connection which I recently bought from you.
As you are all aware that our software engineers are working from home for 2 years. We require a good internet connection to fulfill our daily tasks provided by the organization. However, the internet connection which I took from you is not doing good, I have not been able to attend zoom meetings due to slowness and intermittent issues.
Also, I have got a few escalations for not delivering the deliverables on time. This is because of the bad network. I request you to come and address the issue as soon as possible.
