Pre-Audit – Data Protection Documentation & DPCO Recommendation Status.

Dear Ma, Trust this email met you well, I am writing this email to bring to your notice for the upcoming data protection audit that will come up next year, also, the recommendation of Data Protection Compliance Organization (DataPRO) recommendation status as at today November 22, 2022. To start with, I would commence data protection documentation sorting next week, December 1. This will give enough room to gather all what will need to submit to the regulatory body (NDPB). Although, we are yet to authorize all the company data protection policy and procedure with the board and management. Ma. You can used your position to remind the Managing Director on the importance not to delay the authorization, as this can indicate non-compliance with the regulations. Furthermore, on the recommendation of our previous data protection audit of 2021, we are yet to fill the gap pointed out by our data protection compliance organization (DataPRO). I have sent out email as regard few of the finding for resolution, on the contrary, some feedback I received haven’t resolve the issue. I will be glad if we resolve all or majority of the finding as soon as possible. I want to also use this opportunity to notify you about the need to conduct Data Breach Tabletop exercise, this will guide us on possible way to minimize any possible data breach, it also part of the requirement to submit to NDPB. Also, we are yet to have any penetration and vulnerability testing on our network. Thanks.
