It is critically essential to have an education in every one life's. In the absence of it, life become dull and unprogressive. Personally, I believe that while learning things, there should be support from supervisor or teacher than only person can learn better. I feel this way due to two significant reasons, which I will discuss in following essay. First, lecturer are experience persons. They have learned and face the challenges in their life. So, accordingly they can provide mentorship to the children. If the same thing try to learn from friends, they will not be able to provide detail insight. My personal experience is compelling illustration of this. During my high school, I had trouble in math subject. At first, I try to learn from my talented friend, but he was unable to solve that problem. After that, I went to my teacher room and asked her to make me clear and teach me the way of solving problem in her subject. With her support, I understand the whole concept of topic and easily solved in exam time. finally, sucusse to gain good score in exam. Hence, after this incident I always trust my supervisor. Furthermore, teaching method and understanding the student mentality is properly carried out by teachers. Tutors are well-trained and educated, they know how to deal with school going children and adult people. In the learning phase, it is crucial to know the perception of students. For instance, my friend have some personal issues. Due to which she can not concentrated in classroom. Professor noticed her behavior and called her in office room. He provide counselling and identify problem and helps in solving the situation. With in few days, my friend feel better and told me, how our teacher support her in handling her problems and focus in study. These types of skills are needed for managing student's life, which is only possible to get through seniors. Therefore, choosing right person as a mentor is important. In conclusion, I strongly support the teaching system with the help of instructor. For the reason of, they are well-experience in teaching sector as well as can understand the feeling of student.
