Since 2009 until now, I have been teaching English as second language while I was taught theoretical and practical teaching methods to primary, secondary students who will expect to be a teacher. Additionally, when I have faced some cases of my taught, it was not logical teaching techniques. As those problems, they are discussed in to two cases such as, teachers, students. The following paragraphs that it will be explained.
The main factor is teachers who are essential part of students ‘achievement goal. As they have a role and function to be a facility and supporting creator, facing a few issues of teaching such as, little have teachers’ knowledge, skills of English, when they were taught in the class, it is not specifically taught pedagogy and hardly had focused students active-learning. Secondly, it was students background knowledge which they are ethnic minority group and have been learned English as the third language, it is caused that little could students made the lesson plan, incorrectly pronounce words, phrases, and could not teaching English language in the classroom while they were practiced the practicum at local school. In order to had I concerned and solved them by revised all of aspects of teaching techniques which were relevant with teaching pedagogy. In addition, I had prepared sample lesson plan, modal teaching aids, evaluation teaching checklist and stages of demonstration instruction. Moreover, as the challenges that I particularly tackle it by demonstrated teaching to be a modal step by step of practical teaching methods, especially students could followed and copy from my pattern, directly be taught the pupils.
To sum up, for these issues and solution as said, it is my implementing change or reformed when did I established and led students to be achieved their goal as teaching English.
