Some recruiters believe that high-level education is considered as a first priority as compared to job experience and personal behavior when selecting a position in a company. While this has several benefits I strongly believe it is a negative advancement. It is easy to see why people give more Crucial for formal qualifications means a student hold these formal degrees represent in-depth knowledge and useful skills which are necessary for a company's development. In addition, they believed that educated employees are always willing to contribute greater and to be more eager to learn new things more than experienced people. Moreover, by looking at the employee's qualified degree, the company's recruiter can decide whether they want to be an employee or not in his company. Therefore this makes it clear that an academic degree is an important part when selecting an employee. In my way of thinking, it is a negative development for employees as well as the company. It cannot be denied that without the experience of an employee in a particular field, a company cannot survive for a long period of time. We can see many successful people who don't have an academic background. An example can be seen in the case of Steve Jobs, who was the most successful person in the technology industry without holding any professional degree. Similarly, the Personal qualities of an employee are essential to creating a friendly environment between employee and employer and also help to achieve business's goals. Hence, it is necessary to count life experience and Personal qualities. In conclusion, there are some reasons why employers tend to prefer employees with a good qualification background but I believe that life experience and personal qualities are also an equally Pivotal role.
