He praises her because she can use the five senses all together. She is a multi-skilled artist. The painting of the young artist provides her to see and understand that the meals she done provides life. The painting which is about a young woman who is grinding the garlic and table full with eggs, paprika, half-peeled garlic and the bright-eyed fishes shows the reality of Dolores. According to the story of Jesus, the important thing is to work diligently for the world and its divine creator. By this way she fells herself as considerable person and gains self-confidence. The spicy tortilla especially the spices represent the desire and enthusiasm to live. The salad green symbolizes exhilaration and energy. The act of sitting and eating together in the same table means equality between the people.
