The provided pie chart illustrates the information about the complaint made against the bank of America by six different sources, while, the average months taken to investigate the complaint from 2000 to 2004 are shown in bar garph. overall, it clearly stands out from the graph that maximum complaint were made by public against the bank however least by media and bank employees. While, highest time was taken in 2001 to resolve the complaints. Turning to the details, 63% of complaints are given by public, which was maximum, followed by government agencies and out of state with 11% and 10% complaints respectively.
