Nowadays, adults do little exercise. Some people believe that the best way to address this issue is by covering great sports events such as the Olympics on television. Others think that it is more beneficial to take other measures. What is your opinion?
Today’s adults dedicate little time to doing sports. Some say that the most effective way to solve this problem is to give great sports, such as the Olympics, more covering on television. While others believe that there are many other beneficial measures to take.
To begin with, in today’s world the majority of jobs require to sit at the table and type something on the keyboard, being glued to the screen. Many people just stay to this routine and don’t pay much attention to their physical health. The majority of them don’t even have enough time to watch the TV. That is why, in my opinion, the first option of dealing with the problem is ineffective. What is more in today’s world many people don’t watch television at all, because they don’t believe in what is said on the TV.
In my opinion the second opinion is more beneficial. I believe that we need not only lunch breaks at work, but also physical breaks, where workers could dedicate their free time to looking after their body. Besides, to my mind, it would be a great thing, if there were gym equipment in every office, so that workers didn’t need to go somewhere and stay fit at the same time. Furthermore people will understand that they have access to the equipment for free, which will add to their desire to work out.
To sum up, I strongly believe that the second option, which advises to find another way to solve the problem, is more beneficial, as many people don’t watch television nowadays, that is why the first suggestion about how to deal with the problem is ineffective.
