I wake up enthusiastically at mornings, then try to start my day with the most pleasent activities that I know. As I am an energetic individual, I let my place be fulfilled with the cool vibe of Pop music. I rather to listen to native singers of my country, but getting familiar with the works of other foreign artists, isn't a bad idea as well. My stomach is my friend! If you take a look at my breakfast table, you will realize that this combination of healthy foods and the time that has been spent on making them, is nothing but the feeling of love that I have towards my body. After I started my morning happily, it is time to work! I turn on the computer and start with checking my clients' inquiries. Any person in any spot on the Earth that is in touch with me, knows the fact that besides being strict to my clients, I compassionately design their work-out plans and guide them to the rightest path. Me being a proper trainer in their aspect, is an important goal to me. When the job was done, it's time to take care of myself too! I assign three hours for daily exercising, and do sports that I am interested in, such as boxing and wrestling. Not forget to mention, I'm two times MMA national champion! After finishing a hardcore day of taking care of other's and my own health, it is a good time to respect my body for the things that has done. I go to my cozy place and hug the warm bed of mine, getting ready to charge up my body for a great tomorrow.
