In my views, I partially agree with the provided policy. I believe that the government should have a balanced overview on the finiacial distributions to different areas of society. On one hand, I agree that the government should use its funds to assist content creators as it can catalyse the local and international cultural wellbeing of the country. For instance, providing the public with concerts about the indigenous lifestyle can bring more views and acceptance for the culture. In addition, locals can host a variety of cultural displays as graffiti, music or local venues that sells traditional souvenirs to further encapsulate the origins and value of the culture. This contributes to why this is a good use of government funding. On the other hand, I disagree that the government should provide funding to content creators as I believe countries can benefit more from having the core facilities to be monitored and enhanced periodically. I believe that facilities such as the transport system, schools and hospitals are a greater focal point. Moreover, the government can focus can resolving local problems such as increased pollution, congested parking spaces and facilitating bicycle lanes. These improvements are of great priority to the government and officials to fund rather than artists or musicians. In closing, I partially agree on the above policy due to different prioritizations of the government funding equilibrium.
