Misconduct of staff members

Dear HR, My name is Amanj Ibrahim and I am employed by Claibon Property Services. I am writing to you to expose the work environment at The Tower concerning the male staff members namely Peter, Paul, Rashid, Luis, Abdel, Antonio, and Miroslav who act shamefully towards women by displaying sexual aggression such as staring at their body with lust as well as ogling nonstop whether it’s work colleagues (temp staff), residents, visitors, cleaners, letting agents etc. . . The doorman staff members Abdel, Antonio, and Miroslav are constantly on the lookout for any female person to be seen on the premise and aim to stop her by enforcing their ill intentions of having an interaction with her even for a moment. They consider their workplace a sex shop where attractive women tend to be seen daily and as result of that get carried away. There’s no level of professionalism or ethics in place they mix business with pleasure. Not a single employee at The Tower I have worked with has any sort of integrity or dignity in any shape or form. The worst part is all of them are all married and have kids except Peter who has a girlfriend with no kids. I have felt disgusted and enraged at times by what I witnessed during my time at The Tower. Peter and Paul are the two leading figures who watch over any female soul they see on a daily basis. The two of them make inappropriate gestures such as body language to highlight a woman's appealing body parts. No attractive woman could ever stand or talk to the concierge without being visually harassed. It gets even worse; I heard Peter myself how he overheard a resident named Alexandros Kontos apartment 170 on the phone having intercourse with his girlfriend whilst he tried to contact him and shared it with his colleague Luis at that time and they both continued to listen to the act and thoroughly enjoyed it. Peter just like Paul also stares at younger women and makes sexual comments and uses body language to signal his partners in crime Paul and Miroslav that he liked what he saw. Absolutely despicable behaviours. I am lost for words especially someone like Paul who turns 60 years this year and is married and has children. He has no shame at all he hits on younger women, age is completely irrelevant to him apparently. I know that he’s got a daughter who is 28 years of age and I have seen him stare in a very sexually way at women much younger than his daughter, teenage girls as young as 18 years of age. I can name quite a few residents who are being harassed by the staff members such as Paul, Peter, Abdel, Antonio and Luis. One of the standout residents who receives a lot of attention from them is a young Russian lady age 21 in apartment 122 lives by herself. Peter, Paul and Antonio are constantly staring at her as if she's ready and available for any of them. Antonio told me once that she tried to approach him in the past who is over 20 years older than her. That’s the sort of sickening mindset they all have at work any simple polite gesture by a woman is interpreted the wrong way. I know for a fact that the young Russian lady is well aware of it and I noticed that she never engages in any conversation with them she only greets them by saying “hello” and “thank you” while they make sexual comments such as nice tan, nice jacket, nice outfit, you look good today etc. . She doesn't like a single one of them especially Paul who always tries to get her attention even if she isn’t look his way on purpose, he'll say something to her anyway. Peter, Rashid, Antonio and Luis always stare at her in a sexual way and she doesn't like it. But like the majority of women out there she won't mention anything to anyone except her close friends as it’s a sensitive topic who in fact act the same way as her with the concierge which is “COLD and NOT interested in talking to you. ” Furthermore in regards to ethically questionable behaviours from the concierge team, another resident a young lady named Kiana, Paul goes crazy whenever he sees Kiara, talks about her booty how well rounded and beautiful it is he even involves other residents to discuss her standout body features, apartment 205 Minoo Sabet who dresses quite elegantly at times and they stare at her but she ignores them, apartment 100 a young gentleman named Francis who has many young women come visit him and Paul loses his mind whenever he sees one of them he gets off his chair to send them to the apartment, he has no shame at all. I remember an incident last year when he went out of control and almost passed out due to excitement seeing two young ladies flaunt their figure in the lobby and Francis was present at that time as well. The ladies laughed at him for being silly and uncontrollable. I felt embarrassed I wanted to apologise to them and ask them to avoid the concierge in future visit. I was planning to speak to Francis’s friends and advise them to ignore Paul and bypass him using the car park basement lift instead to access the apartment I have also witnessed on numerous occasions how Peter and Paul talk about apartment 60 Natalia and her breast in discreet even while she’s standing in front of them. The moment she looked away they signal each other and even whisper silently as well. Abdel the doorman is chasing any woman particularly the cleaners who got many clients and follows them when they enter the premise and has made his ill intentions well known amongst his colleagues especially the other doorman Antonio who has told me in person that he can get any woman he wants at the Tower. Abdel is apparently looking for his second wife and, in his mind, it could be any woman he encounters at work since he uses his position to get close to a woman and always engages in small talks which I noticed makes some women feel slightly uncomfortable. He harassed a friend of mine from my agency and I emailed the management about it. She refused to come forward and give a statement as she’s shy and lacks the courage to talk about it which is understandable. He targets vulnerable women and he always hangs out in the lobby where he can interact with women rather than stand outside and provide valet parking to the residents which is his job in the first place. But he forces his way to get close to any woman he wants to sleep with in his mind. I spoke to Sylwia who is one of the well known cleaners that manages many apartments at the Tower and told her that Abdel must not follow her under any circumstances and offer her a lift when she enters the building as his job is to STAND OUTSIDE. She thanked me for telling her that as she wasn’t aware of his position at The Tower and the next few days, I paid close attention to his reaction he kept looking at her sexually and wondered why she doesn't talk to him. She knows he's a creep but maybe she didn't want to be rude to him all these times he followed her and insisted to be the one to send her up which was my job or the concierge. My email about him was pin point accurate if he saw it he knows I must have watched him closely as that was a very detailed statement about his character. His accomplices at work know that as well but they will never throw him under the bus because if he goes the rest go with him eventually. The doorman Miroslav and Antonio disappear during the shift for a long period of time and some of the residents on several occasions were annoyed that no one is available to park their car or get the car out for them. All they seem to focus and care about are women if there is no beautiful woman to be seen they vanish it’s as simple as that. That's also a, major factor why they go to work as none of them deliver an excellent service to the residents. They hardly do anything for them and some residents are aware of as well ALL MALE WORKERS at The Tower are sexually driven to meet women I do not understand how, why or who interviewed them as they lack basic ethics such as being respectful and caring for others and their loved ones. Any good looking woman regardless of her age is being watched and talked about it the moment they lay their eyes on her. That place is an absolute shambles no amount of punishment will be enough. I asked my agency not to send me back there ever again because of these horrible events I had to endure. I hope you DO NOT make the mistake by asking your unqualified and unreliable employees if there's any truth to what I have stated because that's how my statement in August was discarded by Frank who shared it with the wrong people that deserve to be sacked with immediate effect. I am pretty sure Frank didn't approach the cleaners to find out if Abdel actually does follow them on a regular basis or even attempted to observe his behaviour for a while before he came to a conclusion. He might as well have gone to Abdel and showed him my email and dismissed it right then taking his word over mine. Only the temps from Claibon or certain residents can be trusted and give you honest feedback. I wish the residents could sew through my eyes the horrendous things I experienced. If only they saw their true nature the very moment someone’s wife, daughter, sister, cousin, friend and girlfriend weren’t facing them and if they were able to watch their reaction and overhear the comments made towards them.
