In my opinion, the government should bring equality in salaries of their citizens to avoid inflation in their economy. This essay will explore my ideas. There are several reasons. The main opinion being is high salaries may deter skilled or talented people from the brain drain. There are huge vacancies for highly qualified professionals, who are speaclized in the particular field, all over the world. If a country cannot reward talented humans with large amount of salaries, there may be chance to emigrate to other countries, where they obtain lot of benefits. As a consequence, it may cause hindrance in the development of the country. This example supports the evidence that developed countries offering attractive income to technically skilled people, so huge number of people from the developing countries can shift to the developed countries. On the other hand, The government should ensure that the wealth should be evenly distributed throughout the country. If the government provide large amount of income to certain category of people, It will increase the status of that particular group of people not on others. It will cause inflation in the economy because both people are purchasing commercial things at the same rate.
