Admittedly the scenario of work from home has witnessed a paradigm shift since the time immemorial. In this contemporary era, significant companies are offering their workers work from home. There are plethora of reasons associated with this trend. However, in my contention it is positive trend which attributes to more benefits.
It is no doubt true that there are numerous reasons for this and the foremost one is no promotion. As the companies give promotion on hard work and punctuality as well as on other points which cannot be judge by work from home. Wages matters most for ordinary people, so a person would never work to the same wages as per every year. Therefore, it is conclusively clear that it has dire consequences.
Nevertheless, I find this as a negative development because of multiple reasons. Chiefly, the predominant one is convenience because it is widely acknowledged that people are more comfortable in their homes as compared to office. It might be advantageous for employees too because they can do their work without any disturbances. As well as one rest any time they want too, but in office you can not do anything at your on will. Is there any robust squabble which proves the intrinsic value of this trend. Certainly "Yes" Saving money is one of the grave reason. To be precise if one work in multinational companies they might have to travel another place which requires money. Moreso, one can spend crucial time with his family. Henceforth, it stems to applauding benefits.
To conclude, it can be restated that although work from home both pros and cons, I as this as positive development because of reasons like saving the time and money of travelling as well as spending time with family.
