It is possible to buy a house!

There is no denying that we need to think about buying a house for ourselves when we want to built our own family. To get a house we have to meet two conditions: money and good room price. However, as a young man, we just join in social for short time without much of savings. Moreover, our property prices keep moving and higher, some young people find it hard to buy their first house or flat. In my opinion, I agree with them but I have my own thinking. It is possible to buy our first house or flat as a young man. Nowadays, there are good policies for us to purchase a house. First, we are allowed to give down payment 30% and move in our new house, after that we take loans from bank and return every month until done. Second, we have our insurance including housing provident fund from our company offered, we can use our housing provident fund to afford some house fees, it must be better than we keep renting others’ house and payment every month. In a short, where there is a will, there is a way! We need to work hard for our dreams by young age.
