In some countries, the law can not permit companies and employers to refuse job applications because of their limit of age. As far as I am considered, I trust it is positive phenomenon for social fair. In this essay I will try to express my perspective and explain why the law forbidden the age criteria is good for protecting labor rights. To commence with, some industries such as finance and bank, technology and software enterprises would fire their staff without any failure just because they are close to middle age (most roughly 40 to 50 years old). Why these firms want to fire these senior employees? The main factor is employers do not want to pay senior workers the high level salary and retirement pension. Apart from this, shopkeepers opine that senior workers maybe can not afford too much working mission. Therefore, the companies will tend to fire their senior staff. To avoid this condition, some governments create the labor law to forbidden the limit of age thereby protecting senior worker rights. On the other hand, in fact, the senior employees still has many advantages in their workplace. They not only rich in working experience but also have high loyalty to their company. Compared to the newcomer, they have more responsibility on their duty, To put it in a nutshell, in my opinion, I deeply trust that senior workers are priceless to their companies. Thus, I believe that the age limit is unnecessary to a good company.
