Overall the last 20 years of my work experience, I had met a lot of people working beside me with different personalities. However the personalities could be considered as an inheritance from the surroundings they lived in but the work environment can also augment or suppress these traits and moreover, it could shed the lights on hidden traits and skills. In this report a comparison will be made based on two different work environments; the governmental and non-governmental organizations and on three different personal traits of staff.
