I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the mobile phone that I purchased it in your shop.
I purchased a mobile phone in your store on Monday 10March. After 5days it didn't work.
You can imagine how unhappy I was to discover this. They sold it with 3years of warranty. I was happy when I purchased it. But I didn't use it a long time. When I tried to contact you by phone, no one could offer me any sensible answer. they said me that it was repaired but I insist that you replace the mobile phone and send me a new and quality one. Otherwise I will be got a refund of my money.
Please look into this matter as soon as possible.
