The best advice I can give you is a healthy diet and you can try to do some healthy exercises such as running, swimming and so on. It is a good way to keep fit and be healthy. I have send you the information booklet. The most important thing to remember is to eat plenty of fruit and vegetables. Why do not you join the fitness club. You knew my weight was 75 kilos six months ago When I strated to participate in this club and did exercises regularly, then I have lost my weight 12 kilosI hope that these suggestions will be of some assistance.
