Dear Sir /Madame, This letter is to express my strong dissatisfaction with the service which I received at the department store"Megaplanet" located in Yunusabad Region. The particular reason for writing you this letter is complain about the rude behavior of your clerk. I went shopping with my daughter to the "Bebetto"in your trade centre two days ago. We wanted to purchase a dress for my daughter. When we entered the store, the clerk was scrabbling her mobile phone. Despite I greeted courteously with her, she glanced regardless and went on scrabbling. I was visibly angry but by and large I tried to select one of the clothes which my child has a burning desire to wear, in agood mood. It lasted 5-10 minutes give or take. Unwittingly, she was busy with her mobile phone yet. After my call she received my payment and packed up the dress. It is clear that she does not do her tasks at the time of her service. I believe you can appreciate how disappointed I was when your sales assistant did not pay attention to me. I would be so grateful if you could ensure that your worker behave to manners, relations due to the commerce. I hope you will consider the points I have raised carefully. Yours faithfully,
