Health and fitness are the foremost crucial aspects of a human being's lifestyle. On the contrary, declining awareness among the people suffers with an increase in weight in some countries. This can be overcome by identifying the causes of the problems leading to increase in average weight of people by intervening certain helpful measures.
According to my learnings, the main reason now-a-days behind rising average weight of people is their sedentary lifestyle. For example, the the employees working in banks, IT firms have to sit at a definite place to do work. This causes least
mobility to their body. The other reason is junk food or ready-to-use food. These foods can cause causes a lot of lipid build up with some cardiac diseases. It is necessary to overcome those causes or it perhaps result into some sort of diseases or in state of unhealthiness.
The appropriate and effective measures to be put in actions for alleviating those causes to an extent requires committment to self. The measures to implement includes yoga, proper exercises, a healthy diet, proper hydration, rest and sleep. In my opinion, yoga is very beneficial for an individual to get oneself healthier both from inside and outside. I personally experienced a constant increase in changes in my physical, mental, spiritual and social health. Along with this, a well balanced diet is important; rather than cutting off the meals for decreasing weight. Proper diet, 6 to 7 hours of sleep and 3 to 4 liters of hydration are enough for a healthy body.
In conclusion, a person should have sufficient knowledge of the interventions to be carried out in routine to maintain healthy weight according to his body mass index. Exercises should be learned and practiced regularly as it increases oxygenation to every cell, tissue and muscle of the body.
