At present, male domination has decreased in workplaces, but in todays' some organizations are tending to hire equal numbers of men and women workers. In my opinion, it is a negative improvement. In this essay, I will show a number of arguments about the same portion of men and women employees.
In my first argument, if a company divides the employ in the same number, then it will oppose the appropriate candidate for a job. For equalization either men and women can be discriminated. People should be chosen for a job based on their skills, abilities, and qualifications. So, gender should not be placed in the middle of the selection process of employees. In the workplace, having a fixed quota would be wither misjudge a proper men and women servants. For this reason, it might be booked by an inept job holder.
Secondly, in today's world, there are lots of women who are well educated with their own forces. Many women are going abroad for higher studies, which was rare in few previous decades. After completion of their higher education, the women in modern days are able to opt for the superior position of a company. Women have sometimes selected upper positions in science, politics, and law frequently. If those positions are limited with the gender of men and women, then the women will not verdicts ethically.
Summing up, employing should not be equal, because it could lead to a negative development. So, people have to be placed for work based on their characteristics.
