Dear Gulzira Rustamovna, I feel I must complain about the class 9 which you are controlling as a head of class. Certainly, I had a particular liking for giving lesson them due to their interests in my subject English. Meanwhile, I realized that some of your pupils were quite tactless, majority of them had not their sincerely attitudes to each other. I should have informed that there were some groups which had their converse opinions in your class. Unwittingly, I was witness to fall out with one another in spite of my warning during my lesson. Moreover, the attendance of your pupils is decreasing day by day. Even, only ten pupils from twenty-two of your pupils participated in my lesson yesterday. On top of that they do not do any tasks which I cannot amend their writing for the marks of this term. I would be very grateful if you could obtain the suitable solution for the above problems in three days. Should I receive no satisfaction with your class, I will be forced to inform the head of our school. I hope you will consider the points I have raised very carefully. Yours faithfully,
